The airline announced the return of the route at the GREAT FUTURES expo in Riyadh, a key event aimed at enhancing business engagement between the UK and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Available for booking from today, the route will commence on 4 November 2024, offering year-round service to the Saudi Arabian city from British Airways’ hub at London Heathrow. Addressing the delegation at Riyadh’s King Abdullah Financial District, British Airways’ Chief Commercial Officer, Colm Lacy, stated, “We have a long-standing history of connecting families, friends, and businesses in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with our home in London. There are significant opportunities for businesses in both countries, so we’re pleased to restore our connectivity and strengthen ties between the two kingdoms.”
To mark the launch, British Airways is offering special return fares starting at 1,905 SAR for World Traveller (economy) and 16,079 SAR for Club World (business class), available for booking until 5 June 2024
